Payment Data:
Loyalty Program Data
Businesses using the SleekTap™ Loyalty add-on can run a loyalty program for their customers. When someone joins a business’s loyalty program, we collect:- The details the member provides to join, such as their name, email address or phone number
- Their check-in history, including the date and time of each check-in made with a daily check-in code
- The vouchers issued to them and whether each one has been redeemed
- Whether they asked us to text them when a visit is counted, and the date they asked — recorded only if they switched it on themselves
Survey Responses
Businesses using the SleekTap™ Surveys add-on can ask their own customers to answer a survey. When someone answers one, we collect:
- The answers they give, which may include free text they write themselves
- Their name, email address or phone number, but only where the business asked for those and the person chose to provide them — a survey can be, and by default is, answered anonymously
- The date and time of the response, and which device or link it came from
Written answers are sent to Google’s Gemini service to identify recurring themes across responses. They are not used to train that service’s models. Numeric answers are counted by us and are not sent anywhere.
We process survey responses on behalf of the business that asked the questions, and use them only to provide this service to that business.
Event Ticketing Data
Where a business sells or issues tickets through SleekTap™, we collect from the buyer:
- Their name and email address, which are required so the ticket can be sent to them
- A phone number, company, address or ZIP code, where the organizer asked for those
- What they bought, and whether each ticket has been checked in at the event
We never see or store card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy, and settles directly to the organizer.
We process ticketing data on behalf of the event organizer.
Scanned Business Cards
Lead Capture Pro lets a business photograph a business card or event badge. When it does, we collect:
- The photograph itself, which is sent to Google Cloud Vision to read the text on it
- The contact details read from the card — typically a name, job title, company, email address and phone number
The person whose card was scanned did not interact with SleekTap™ directly. We process these details on behalf of the business that scanned the card, and that business is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold them. If your details were scanned and you want them removed, contact the business that scanned your card, or contact us and we will pass the request on.
SleekTap™ Mobile App
The SleekTap™ app for iPhone and Android lets account holders manage their products, profiles and analytics on the go. The app uses the same account data described in this Policy. To run the app, we also process:- Basic technical information, such as your device model, operating system version and app version
- A push notification token, but only if you choose to turn on notifications
