Questions about pricing

Is there a monthly fee?

Not unless you choose one. The device is a one-time purchase and the dashboard is free forever. Add-ons are optional and billed monthly, only for the ones you switch on.

What comes with a Survey or Event device?

A Survey device includes 3 surveys and an Event device includes 3 events. The Surveys add-on ($9.99/month) and the Event Ticketing add-on ($9.99/month) are the upgrades to unlimited. Surveys and events you already have keep working if you never upgrade.

Are add-ons per device or per account?

Per account. Switch a feature on once and it covers every device on your account, whether that is two or twenty. Bigger device packs also cost less per device.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No contracts. Cancel any add-on from Billing & Payments in your dashboard and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to my device if I stop paying?

Nothing. It is yours and keeps working with everything in the free dashboard. You only lose the add-on you canceled, and you can switch it back on any time.

Do you take a cut of ticket sales or donations?

No. Payments settle straight into your own Stripe account and SleekTap adds no platform fee. Stripe’s standard card processing fees still apply.

What about shipping and returns?

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Stock items can be returned within 14 days; custom-printed items are made to order, so they are not returnable unless they arrive faulty. Ordering for a large team or event? Get in touch.
